1. Spray back of Tulip® Textile Stencil with Tulip Stencil Spray Adhesive.
2. Press Tulip Textile Stencil in place adhesive side down to create a temporary bond to fabric.
3. Use Tulip Paint Roller to apply Tulip® Soft® Fabric Paint evenly over stencil openings.
4. Remove Tulip Textile Stencil and let paint dry. Clean stencil immediately after use.
